She is an influential communicator and a trusted advisor to the businesses she works with. She is driven to enhance people processes to support an engaged workforce. Aimee believes people development is critical to business success and wants to partner with organisational leaders to achieve their goals through their people.
Qualifications
Aimee has a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Cork and a Masters in Human Resource Management from University of Limerick. Aimee is a qualified coach and trainer and has over ten years industry experience in Professional Services and Technology.
Career
Aimee’s HR career began in Gilt Groupe, an online luxury shopping and lifestyle website. She then moved to HR at Davy, Ireland’s largest stockbroker and wealth manager. She then moved back to technology to set up the HR and recruitment function at Jobbio, a software company starting up in Dublin. Aimee was then recruited by Savills Ireland as Head of Human Resources where she led strategic projects, managed the HR team and operations and led advisory on employee relations.
